Sycamore Academy has booked buses for transportation to and from field trips. This is a school-sponsored field trip, therefore, STUDENTS MUST RIDE THE BUS TO AND FROM THE FIELD TRIP DESTINATION. There is an option for a parent that is attending the field trip, to stay at the location with their student(s), and sign them out at 12:45 PM when the buses are being loaded to return to campus.

 *There is an exception to this rule in case of an emergency.

No cost for the field trip, but your student may want to bring money for treats, beverages, and/or souvenirs.

• Dress in layers 
• Apply sunscreen to your student/students before the trip
• Wear sneakers
• Bring a water bottle
• Backpack
• Bring sunglasses (optional)
• Bring a hat (optional)

*Please make sure to write your student's name on ALL items they bring.

• Lunch (a sack lunch will be provided by Sycamore Academy)
• Electronic games
• Candy, soda, or chewing gum 
• Cell phone 
• Bad attitudes
