Chief Business Officer
Hello Sycamore Family and Staff,
My name is Brittania (Brit-tan-ya) and I am the Chief Business Officer for both the Wildomar and Chino campuses. My role as the Chief Business Officer is to ensure accurate and timely tracking and submission of financial reports of the schools that align with the mission and vision of the organization as described in the law, charter, and board policies.
Education:
Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University of San Bernardino
Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California Baptist University
Hobbies: Playing games, Spending time with my kids, Planning and anything stationary, reading
Employee Reimbursement Procedure
1. Written approval and request to purchase an item for reimbursement must go through Barbara prior to purchase.
2. Please include in the written request, what you want to purchase (link, if available), how many of the items you want to purchase, the cost of each item, the total cost for purchase, and the reason for the purchase.
3. After approval from Barbara, the receipt and necessary forms (link) must be submitted to Brittania within two weeks of the purchase per board policy
4. The amount of the reimbursement IS deducted from the team budget
